All-o-matic doesnt know a CV joint from a Gearbox mounting

Awful service! After nearly 2 years and thousands of rand's spent, our gearbox is still not fixed. The manager cannot ( refuses?) to supply job cards or the replaced parts ( or reply to emails sent for that matter) After "fixing" the gearbox the steering rack was loose and there was a noise. This noise was "diagnosed" as CV joints right before lockdown, but has relocated to the gearbox mounting miraculously during lockdown. This is of course our fault. Brahm refuses to converse and is only interested in what we need to replace to fix the problems that only manifest AFTER being booked in. He will not give information regarding the owner.
