Poor customer service

I laybuyed a phone in March, made the final payment on the 25 April. 2 weeks later I have not received my phone and there has been no communication made from them.

As instructed on enquiry that I need to give a notice of 7 days before I come for collections, on the 14 of April I informed them that I will be coming to collection.

No accountability, no sorry and no communication received. Yet the money is with them.
