Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with All Things Digital (Garth) . From start to finish, their service was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, All Things Digital was very important in asking for payment, but their delivery was far from satisfactory. They did not provide the service they promised, and what they did deliver was subpar at best. (Creating a website with tabs not working, pictures on our website not relevant to our company etc) Not only did they fail to meet our expectations, but their work was rushed & poorly executed. (Our social media was a complete disaster) To make matters worse, they used photo's from another company on our Facebook page without our approval. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and it was clear that they were more interested in getting paid than in providing quality service. They way they chased us for payment was also very unprofessional. They were very persistent, yet heir service did not reflect the amount of money they demanded. I strongly advise against using All Things Digital. Their approach to business is unprofessional, and they clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction.
