Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff at AllAir
I had an extremely disappointing experience with AllAir. I provided them with the correct model number for a compressor, yet they still gave me the wrong one. When I reached out via WhatsApp to inform them of their mistake, the response I received was rude and abrupt.
The next day, I returned to the store to exchange the incorrect compressor, only to be told that I would be charged a 15% handling fee. This was completely unacceptable, as the mistake was on their part. When I questioned this unfair charge, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The sales assistant was equally unhelpful and ***********. When I requested to speak with a higher manager, I was shockingly threatened and asked to leave the store.
I later contacted their head office, and to my relief, the manager there was professional and understanding. He acknowledged that I had been treated unfairly and assured me that I would receive a full refund without any handling fees. However, later that afternoon, I received a call from the owner, and his attitude was even worse—rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to customer service. He went as far as telling me not to return to his stores over a mere R800, showing zero care for customer satisfaction.
This entire experience was horrifying, frustrating, and unacceptable. I have all the WhatsApp messages to prove how unprofessional their staff is. I would strongly advise against dealing with AllAir, as they clearly do not value their customers or provide even basic professional service.
