Gutter Failure
After installing boxed gutters the gutter was found to leak as soon as the rainy season started. I called them in to come and fix it and all they did was to apply a different sealer over an existing one. The problem remains and the soffits are starting to stain and rot. The third rainy season has started and after looking at the gutters in detail I found that the gutter was not sloped as Johan had promised and in stead A connecting pipe leading from another gutter section also had a bad seal The different expansion rates between the roof and the PVC pipe caused the pipe to crack its sealant after only a few days of hot and cold cycles. I will not recommend using this company.
