Alliance aircon are junk. Do not buy them.
I bought a R14000 Alliance ac via Hirsch's. After 1.5.years it stopped working. The pc board on the outside unit was faulty and they do not cover this expensive board under their warranty. I requested their manager to call me to discuss but not call received. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. My pc tech also says that he has had numerous complaints about these machines. The store also tells me now, after 18 moths that this model is obsolete. Alliance airconsare junk. Do not buy them.
