Good afternoon I paid up my Bluelabel account by contacting your call centre. And got a paid up letter that has a reference number on and not the account numbers that is needed to clear my name. I have gone between your company and Blue Label connect and neither is willing to follow up or fix the problem. What do I do now? Flip Strydom

Unfortunately there's no zero star review for a terrible place. I filled up at this fuel station in a town called Louis trichardt about 100 km after filling up my car started misfiring turns out they had contaminated fuel and I should have known at 22 rand a litre when the going price is 25 R. I went to go speak to the filling station and the owner reassured me they will sort it out then a rude person( their supplier ) came and said they have clean fuel trying to show me graphs and evidence. He was very intimidating towards me and I felt threatened. If we do not stop these corrup people from putting paraffin In fuel I said I was willing to take half the cost it was to me being a reasonable human but no. This company should reimburse me and all others it affected. Unfortunately, lawyer fees would be to much for me as an individual to fight this claim. I have evidence to show I filled up there and a car went straight to a mechanic the day after to sort out a pipe a rat had chewed.

I have been requesting a detailed statement from Alliance, from the time the capital amount was handed over to them to date for the past 2 to 3 weeks for my IG account. They have been promising to send me the statement & still I received none.

I have been contacting this company for over 2 months regarding my paid-up account. I received my confirmation letter of my Isabella Gracia account on August 15th. However, I was debited twice on the last instalment we had agreed to increase my final instalment payment to R1211.02 for the final payment on 31st July 2023. The company took the agreed amount and then further debit me again on the same day for R1018.44. I have sent through bank statements and any or all required documentation to receive my refund. Till this day I am told that their billing department has not responded regarding my refunds despite my weekly follow ups via email and calls. I need assistance in receiving my money back as this company will pester you regarding false "credit payments" and fail to communicate on actual ****s they pull on their end. This credit bureau has failed to withhold their pledge against the South African Credit Bereau act and needs to be dealt with accordingly,

I immediately sent an email to Alliance explaining the error & requested a refund. I was told to use wattsapp which I did. I managed to speak to a consultant who requested my husband's bank statement to show that the money went off his account which I did.. I also sent a copy of his ID. I kept calling in and managed to talk to a young man by the name of Tabang who really tried to assist, he said that he was waiting for the finance department. I continue to wattsapp the call centre, they read my message but never respond. How frustrating & disappointing for a big company as Alliance. I am still waiting for the R200. These people take your money then NEVER call you. ****MERS! Never give you a settlement letter NOTHING. NEVER PAY THEM. YOUR NAME WILL REMAIN RUINED ON THE CREDIT BUREAUS IN ANY EVENT. CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN
