Poor, unhelpful.

Have been waiting 4 months for a refund. Every time I phone, I get a different excuse. No one can assist me or guide me in the right direction. The staff is rather unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not recommend this winery to anyone. So many bad reviews on this business for the same reason as mine. Never heard of a company that can take so long to do a refund, regardless of the quantity of payments they have to do. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
