i koketso Motswaiso i buy car on december 2024 so it was give me problem 1. Rim mag the refuse to repair it 2. Water pump still they refused to fix it so i decided to return that car to them cause i call them tell my car it give me problem so they refused to fix it so i return to them .now i have 3 month i return it but I'm still pay that car cause they don't want to refund me cause they fail me and now the relax it as i speak i have three months i return that the car the don't want to cancel at the bank so i struggling now i need help from u guys please help me

Now want convince me to take it the car bank so i don't want the car anymore they about gaining money not clients they fight them self when i was the to tell them i don't want this car anymore and it seemes the didn't service the when i take it cause i told them the car coolant so coolant is water pump the say i have to take the car to mechanic with warranty so when i get there the call warranty to claim so the warranty want the when the last service date they didn't know so they the car so i took the car go home with it cause she wanting the respond to them to replace the water pump so the car were not working for ten days so had to took it to pretoria again so i left the car to them cause i son want the car anymore .i want refund for 3 months cause i pay it for three months the which means the will debit the money again April and they want to write letter for budget to tell them im no longer using the car cause i cancel insurance so they want to refund me the that they take it this months so ALM Angry louw motor they told me they will not write the letter and was spoke with peter libisi

koketso motswaiso and i have a problem with my car and i used for work now i suffering of this car so i collect the car on 4th december 2024 which mean it only 3 months on me so i like to nedbank to take ur car back or i have to give it garage back cause now they cant help me with water pump so which me i can't drive my car i report it to them so they take me for granted so it seems like this car they didn't make inspection for it so i like to take this car back because it have 6 months guaranteed at garage so it ethier they take their back or refund me or the give me another car because water pump it takes 4 to 7yrs but now it only take a 3 months so it seems it going to give me problem so i cant take more they even not call me they don't care so i like to take this back to garage Andry louw motors and they never give me a service book for the car even the spare key and they lie to me they said this car have service plan and maintenance plan first time when i fetched the car and then i went to sonia with the warranty and the check their and said it water pump the the call them the they they answer me today they never did it so i will take the car back to them i dont want this car anymore so i want the them to refund me cause i took the car to them cause it was the 3 rims the refuse to fix it .i fix it by my self and they don't want to cancel my contract with MFC NEDBANK so i call bank to ask them to cancel my contract bank said to me the dealership must call the bank to cancel the contract still they refuse to do that Regard Ms K Motswaiso

We just bought a vehicle CASH not even 2 hours ago. While driving home from the dealership, my husband reported the vehicle faulty. The salesman promised to get back to him. It's after 18:00. My husband is standing next to the road with a vehicle that we bought cash that does not want to start!

Peter though, most probably because of commission and December rush and sales target, *he misled my parents to buying, convincing them to buy a PANEL VAN AVANZA telling them that he will organise seats for them* even after they told him that they want the car for transporting school children. He even took about R4500.00 from them for the seats. Suppliers are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, provide consumers with false, misleading or deceptive representations regarding goods or services; and Suppliers are not permitted to use exaggeration, innuendo or ambiguity when referring to goods or services or the benefits thereof.

Very bad service. Wont buy a car again. Lying and no after service. The sales rep Wayne lie about car keys and service record. Now they do not want to supply spare keys as promised. No service book or user manual as stated when sold. Which I checked them out before buying from them. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE ******

I should have read more about this company here before going to my nightmare. At the beginning of this i saw a red 2016 Hyundai Tucson advertised by ALM, the number to be contacted was for Andre Louw. As it was on Sunday i send him a whatsapp message saying i was interested in the car, the next day i recieved after insisting a response from him that Peter will help me. I went there to view to car and was told that the car was in good condition and that it was a bank repossessed car. I checked and left to come the next day with my husband to also have look, we trusted them and make a deposit that day to secure the car and come back few days for collection cause we were paying cash. When we came to collect the car everything seems to be fine but when i parked in my house just let than an hours after the car started showing an engine light. I contacted Peter and he said it was nothing and the car just need to be reset. I went back there after 2 days and they brought me to their mechanic to help but he just reset the car and saying that if the light came back then i should let Peter know so that the can order a part that is faulty. That was nothing yet, on my way back home the car started to slow down and there was no power anymore but i tried to get home and park then contacted peter to let him know that the light was back and the car not performing well. The next day i drove back again but no one help saying it was Saturday. On Monday i went there upset saying that the have to fix my car before i leave. I don't know what they did that day but the car was right and performing better. I then drive home and park. On Tuesday morning i woke up to drop my baby at school but the car doesn't start. I firstly thought a was the battery but i made a plan to drop my baby first and then contacted Peter again after. He responded faster and instead of bringing a mechanic with him, he came alone saying he was thinking of the battery but it is not. I didn't do anything to car but they keep on giving stories after srories i just want the car i bought in cash to run for what i did. If you can't help refund my money and i will find another dealer.
