Friendly service, helpfulness and compassion

I had an issue with a certain fertilizer company’s potting soil mix and after taking action, they agreed to compensate me for the poor-quality product that they put out. They requested that I collect a bag of germination mix at the local nursery.

At Alma Nursery in Welkom, I was assisted by the owner, Tjaart Jnr who was most helpful. The germination mix was sold out, so he gave me three other bags to assist with my planting project in the meantime and told me to still collect a bag of germination mix the following week when stock arrives. I feel like my complaint was amicably resolved and I am grateful for that. And for Tjaart going out of his way and walking the extra mile.

His friendliness, helpfulness and compassion is much appreciated, especially in a country where service provision lags in most places.

I highly recommend buying at Alma Nursery: it is a pleasure to browse through the wide variety of plants, sit down for a coffee and a bite and experience friendly service.
