Good day I trust that you are well. This morning, while I was about to add milk to my NutriFic cereal, I discovered something unusual inside one of the pieces. I purchased a 72 pack of your Nutrific cereal. I regularly buy the single pack of Nutrific and it's my daily go to cereal. The first thing I noticed when I opened one of packs in the bulk pack, the biscuits looks different and was very grainy versus the biscuits in the single pack. The taste and consistency was also different, and after finishing a bowl of the cereal, I had stomach cramps. I went to another supermarket, purchased a single pack and confirmed that there a huge difference between the bulk pack versus the single pack! The quality of this product is shocking! I will report this the local Health department and will suggest they inspect your facility as there is clearly no quality control, or the consumer are being mislead and intentionally sold a inferior product when in buying bulk. Misleading the consumer

I would just like to express the dissatisfaction i have in the service i received from Alpen Food company. I brought to their attention on the Nutrific Facebook page in their inbox my experience. I sent a private message on 10 October 2023 that i bought a box of 48 Nutrific at Giants in Epping. When i opened the box there was only 36 in. That was 12 x3. They rep**** requesting contact details which i provided them with. For some reason they sent me a email it went into my spam folder. I provided all the details they request and were told its being sent to their quality team for investigation. I followed up on 25 October and the lady said she was out of office but she will follow up and get back to me. Till today i haven't heard anything. I feel if my query is not important enough to be handled with urgency. This is the service you get from brands you trust then they disappoint you like this. What will it cost to get the service i know i deserve?

Good day Im very unsatisfied with the last 2 purchase of Nutrific. I did sent a email before but got no responce. The bars was ver small, half of what its suppose to be and the box i bought a week ago was all broken anside. Is quality not something good for such a big company?

I bought a box of Nutrific Super mornings and was it a super morning when I noticed a fly embedded in to the cereal, so disgusting and disappointing because I was looking forward to trying this new variant. What health standards does your company follow to all contaminated products to be on the shelves for consumers.

We bought a box of nutrafic and with the rush never check the package expire date. Few days later i opened it and added milk and saw there where lots of tiny cream color stuff which is not normal on closer inspection i discovered thousands of worms and brown colored weevels i didnt even tell this to my 7year old or he would have been totally put off from breakfast everyday.gosh i emailed and spoke to a lady after 3 days she sent me a voucher of r100 to buy another box. I then received a call from the marketing manager named Debby Gebheart this lady was so rude she just kept on talking nither an apology or anything she did not want to take responsibility and blamed the store. She said i must be grateful that they gave me a voucher as they are not liable to do so.(white lady) there are so many unemployed ppl with qualifications but they gave this broad a job to treat customers like **** and make us feel that we are in the wrong. This box was expired its alpen food"s responsibility to have merchandisers to check each shelf so that nothing like this happen so how can u argue with me and say its not your fault. I will never ever support this company nither will my friends or family after this ladies attitude. Shes a Disgrace

Emailed Alpen yesterday early morning to call me urgently. As we are had a crisis. We a day care center and look after 40 children, the nutrifics had little ant like looking insects. At 2pm +- as I still held on to the boxes at the risk of the infestation spreading. I spoke to a Lady Simone, she said she will call back but till now she didn't even bother to respond to the initial email. That's why bokomo is more expensive because they hire good staff aswell. AFTER SALES !! I had to incinerated the boxes but now our centre needs to be fumigated.

I am a big supporter of the Nutrific range and my family loves it as well, but today I had a very bad experience, as I was eating my Nutrific I bit on something hard and it turned out to be a piece of steel - almost broke my tooth, I do not have any metal in my mouth so it had to come from the Cereal, disgusted as I am now wondering where it came from? Someone on the packaging floors piercings? Mouth? I took a photo as proof Not Good Alpen Food
