Zero Rating On the 19th of January your technicians came in and spent time on my fridge that was not cooling, I was charged R2350 for a list of things (invoice attached). After that the fridge the fridge seemed to be working fine until this weekend when I noticed the meat in the freezer melting, I informed the technician and he came in and worked on it again, he even spent more time that before and said there was a leak, I’m not sure how he could have missed this in the 1st place but I let them work and gave them their space. After over an hour they left and said all was fine, however that night the fridge still was not working. The temperature was not adjusting to the selected temperature and by Sunday it was going up and not down. 1st thing on Sunday I informed the technician, tried to call as he did not respond to my emergency, he later informed me that he was in Church and would attend to it on Monday. Your website indicated that you do emergencies and since the service comes with a warranty, I don’t understand how this could have been his response. It’s all starting to feel like a scam as the repairs have turned my fridge into a cupboard and it’s not making weird noises that it never did before. I don’t know if he was fixing it or maybe creating more problems for me, I was not watching over him so I do not even know if parts were replaced or taken. After paying so much money for such service I think its only fair I get a refund for my costs and inconvenience. The food and meat that was in the fridge was worth a lot of money up to the same I paid for the service, and no one is going to replace that for me. Please let me know what happens next, I would really like my money back.

Donald gave a 6 month guarantee on his work. He regassed our fridge, then told us that if we put in a new compressor/motor, that we would have a brand new fridge. After a week, it wasn’t working again. When two other professionals came in, they said that he should have known that the leak was internal and wouldn’t hold. When I told him, he said that his guarantee didn’t apply to his work or the parts! But that he would come to regas it, but would charge me for it. Terrible service, really felt like he scammed us out of our money. Wouldn’t recommend.
