CEO FROM HELL

The Ceo of this company is a real *****. He had a property that he was renting rooms out. I paid a deposit and found the place in a bad state before mooving out i cleaned the placeand left it 100 times better than what i found it. He was supposed to pay my deposit back and till now nothing he can't even respond to my messages or answer my calls. Plus he was using electricity *******ly on that premises there was few instances where i sat for days with no power. So my question if he is so dishonest in a small thing shat is he doing as a ceo of a massive company like alpha pharm group and how many people is he really *****ing from.....
