Alpha security
Our business alarm was activated on the 25 march. An INTERNAL zone was activated, yet we did NOT receive a phone call or even made aware that the alarm was activated. Upon entering the premises in the morning, we found that the safe was CUT OPEN WITH AN ANGLE GRINDER, CIGARETTES STOLEN AND THE ENTIRE CAMERA SYSTEM RIPPED OF THE WALL AND STOLEN! Upon enquiry with Alpha, they claim that an EXTERNAL check was conducted and everything was in order, hence they didn't call us. Hw can they justify an EXTERNAL check when an INTERNAL beam was activated??? How much time was needed for ALL the damage done and all the goods stolen?? Seems like ALPHA security is an accomplice to this burglary???? Makes me wonder. Its now the 8 th APRIL, and we are STILL awaiting a report from Alpha to confirm the time the zone was activated, who was on duty etc... But, off course, WE ARE STILL WAITING! A technical guy was sent to the premises yesterday, to remove their radio signal (which they installed for free.. Cos they know that they erred) on the basis that... We are not happy with their service because its posted on facebook so they prepared to terminate our contract. But.. Where is our printout requested??? Who is going to cover the cost of our losses because of their complete negligence?

Alpha security

Noisy and vibration security system.
Over promise and under deliver. They were going to send out someone to check-out the vibrating and noisy system, but never did and when we phoned, the technical person never reported it and they can only send someone to investigate in 2 days time.

No customer service or people s****s
We contacted Alpha security to install panic buttons on an existing contract and alarm system as well as an assessment on the system. It took them three days to send the correct order on which we had to pay in advance. We were contacted to make an appointment. An technician were sent out to do the installation. He informed us that he could not do the installation as it has to go through the computer server (which is not correct as per our it contractor). He promised to be back by the Thursday when the IT contractor is available. This was reported to his office as well as on the report given to us. The office in spite of knowing this did not schedule an appointment. When I inquire when will the technician will be on the premises I was informed that I should have scheduled an appointment (she admitted that she do know that he was supposed to be on site.)

We've been requesting an upgrade on our alarm system. Hannes promised to send us a quotation. I requested again last week Monday. Still no response. Alarm keeps on going off early mornings without any reason. End of November the monthly rate will be increased, but I'm not getting the service I pay for.

POOR SERVICE ALPHA SECURITY KEMPTON PARK
Poor customer service. No care attitude. Poor no care attitude sales consultant and a Manager named Johan who could care less<br> <br> They arrived to do the radio link up, never had the correct equipment and even with the link up they could not gain access due to not having the correct requirements as quoted to gain access<br> <br> Absolutely do not want such no care attitudes looking after my family when or if ever the need for assistance or armed response would be required<br> <br> Joined ADT - Now you pay a little more but believe me when I say customer service far more superior and really go out of their way to assist you<br> <br> Quick to get you signed up and get you to pay for an armed response service who can not even gain access to your property. How safe should one feel knowing that you have an armed response but they can not gain access. I think in my case it would be the exact same thing if I were to join a company in Cape Town who could also not going access<br> <br> ALPHA Security Kempton Park - You have lost my business and I will ensure I tell everybody about your pathetic service

There is no after sales service on alarm systems with Alpha security <br> <br> They are not that willing to give you after hours support on the alarm systems <br> The alarm was installed in November 2014 from then is was not working correctly<br> After a lot of calls to the REP that sold me the alarm to have it fixed did not work<br> They are still not willing to fixed the alarm on a Saturday with out any cost of a call out <br> And after i sighed up with a other company for armed response than there warranty is lost <br> They do not care about your security at night or when you are a way from home <br> They can only help me on Tuesday after a argument with the owner of Alpha Kempton park <br> He only tells me this is a business i have to pay my guys over time this is fair but the installation was not correct form the start so how can he not make a plan to fix it . with out any cost. But it is like he said this is a business. And no business is looking for the security of there clients. <br> I will not recommend any one to Alpha Kempton park

Noisy and Rude Staff
Every day since this company has started their contract with Kia Motors Pinetown to do the security, Everyday at between 1am, 3am - 5am the security start to talk loud shout at each other screaming and talking and when we ask them to keep quiet cause they are in a residential area and people are sleeeping at that time of the morning we get sworn at and told to shut the **** up and **** his *** and go back to sleep then they just carry on making a noise this has been happening for over 3 months now. we have kids living in the flats that can hear them swearing and the other day on Sunday one of the security was having an argument with his supervisor and the security was threatening to hit and spray his supervisor with mace. they still make their noises and rude comments every morning even after we ask them to stop
