highly recommend Alphen Vet.
I had the pleasure of visiting Alphen Vet in 2021, and I have to say that they were absolutely amazing. The team at Alphen Vet was so good to me and my chihuahuas, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. What impressed me the most about Alphen Vet was their attention to detail and the care they provided to my chihuahuas. They were thorough in their examinations and took the time to explain everything to me, which made me feel at ease and confident in their abilities. I also appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with my schedule, making it easy for me to bring my dogs in for checkups and vaccinations. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Alphen Vet. Their commitment to their customers and their furry companions is outstanding, and I'm grateful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable veterinary clinic. If you're looking for a caring and professional team to take care of your pets, I highly recommend Alphen Vet.

Excellent vet practice
Caring and considerate, the staff and the doctors both. We have had good care for all our dogs there - but when one of them passes (and so far we had two while with this clinic) - they show amazing support.

Alphen Vet, I'll be back ....
Top-tier veterinary services in what feels more like a family home than a 'clinic' for our furry off-spring'. Alphen Veterinary Clinic (Constantia, Cape Town), takes client-service to a whole new level and I'm not only referring to our pets, but to us human 'parents' too. From the highly experienced, professionalism of the Veterinarians to the understanding and attentive staff members ... (can you imagine being ushered to a comfy, leather sofa and told to relax whilst the receptionist brings the paperwork to you, assisting you with completing the necessary whilst encouraging you to sit back and relax?). The Alphen team's love of animals is not only apparent in the consulting rooms, it rolls out onto a back garden, complete with springbok and a grumpy goat. It felt like a 'boutique hotel' experience and I was nervous about the cost. Cherry on top? I was charged less than I've been paid before (the vet even discouraged certain treatments, albeit that it made no fiscal sense to the business). but, the cherry on the top is that their charges were less than the vet I've seen before now. There were no unruly animals in sight, hysterical cats trying to dodge dogs while you cling go a wooden bench, feeling as if you are in a queue at Home Affairs. Oh yes, and there's not a whiff of wet fur, animal **** or formaldehyde. I'll never go anywhere else.
