The ********s finance my bike as a2021 model and it is a 2013. Then they payed the extra money into another persons acount with out my knoledge. I only found out now that I want to trade the bile in what they have done

Useless to get hold of agents
I have been struggeling for 5 weeks to get hold of someone to help me with my account but there is no awser when I phone just keep telling me they have high call volumes even with the call back option nobody comes back to me

Regretable Alphera service
Alphera service, in my case, is Bad. Poor. Deficient. Disappointing. Regrettable. Unacceptable. Unsuitable. I did request a copy of my original car papers, which were paid off long ago. I did pay the required amount of money for this service and submit all required documents—ID, proof of address, and license disk information—but after 2 months' time and a number of emails, I never received a reply or an original ownership document of my car papers, long ago financed by them. My case number with them is 05052148

Regretable Alphera service

Useless and stupid people at work
Useless people working at alphera. After 2 hour phone call they stil steel your money. Even after making triple sure that the understand what shoud be done they stil steel youre money

Stay FAR away
Honestly, if you can avoid this organization do so. Not only are the interest rates ridiculously high but once you have been financed by them you won't be able to access your monthly statements. They are not sent to you monthly (I only received 4 statements in 2024 via email). When you try to access it through the website, you are met with a site that isn't working so you don't even have access to that. Transparency is not what they do

Stay FAR away

Don’t Buy Alphera Extended Vehicle Warranty products.
There should be a zero button for this company, we have an extended warranty with them and the car has been standing for two days even though the Volvo dealership sent the the information they wanted twice already. What is the point of the warranty if it’s going to be such an inconvenience. The reference for the claim is 871768. When you got the money for the warranty it was quick but now all this delay.
