Please help: Al's Precast

<p>I contracted Al's Precast to build a perimeter wall and install a security gate at my property. The deposit was paid 11 Sept. 2018, and to date work has not been completed. I can fault neither the foreman, nor the sales representative. The work, hereto done by the team of builders, is good. The company representative responds to messages. I am, however, concerned at the owner. By his own admittance, he rarely writes an email. He was made aware of my written ultimatum by a member of his team. I phone him to request completion of the project when, as the contractor, he should be communicating with me. It is infuriating to brushed off, even more so when there is no follow through. When you say "I'll call you back at five this afternoon", please do so. I want my wall completed.</p>
