It took Altelekker over an hour to check us into our rooms. They tried to squeeze 7 of us team leaders in a small room to share, there was barely enough room to move around with 3 bunk beds already. 2 ladies were moved into a dusty cottage which hadn't been cleaned. Some of the kids mattresses did not have clean sheets and when we requested for them she handed them to us with attitude.
When it came to lunch on the first day the power went our for about an hour before lunch. At 1 pm we went to the dinning hall and sat until 1:40 pm when I went to ask how much longer we need to wait. The owner got mad and told me to contact the municipality because he is doing his best. Lunch was only served after 3 pm. We had almost 40 children between the ages of 8 and 30. Their menu was not the best either we were served viennas and chips in almost every meal.
Our rooms were also placed far from the kids and there were a lot of other people we did not know. I was worried about the kids going missing as well.
There were people who slept in a wendy house and others slept in the garage. Some of the staff was friendly but the owner was unapologetic about the inconvenience caused. They even called one of the teachers and told her she will not leave untill all their fees are paid, which was done the day before we arrived.
