Altify recently updated its verification system and required not only new customers but also existing clients like me to complete the process again. I fully completed the verification and even received confirmation that it was successful. However, more than 48 hours later, I still cannot log into my account. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Altify does not provide a customer service phone number, and the so-called “customer support” is only an AI system that is unable to properly address real customer issues. I have already submitted emails and messages through your support channels, yet there has been absolutely no response. Your lack of proper customer support is unacceptable and is directly interfering with my investment activities. This level of service is deeply disappointing and far below what customers should reasonably expect from a financial platform. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and immediate assistance in restoring access to my account.

Changed their name from REVIX. Bunch of lying ****bags. They made some ***** deal with a Korean Company that already had ******* warnings on them and as a result, millions of customers money is locked in a dispute. Its their mistake, not ours, however we are taking the loss. Avoid investing with these *******.

Altify or Revix are both ****mers, when you want to withdraw your money Altify pay the money in and reverse it immediately, so you received nothing. Before they started as Revix in Cape Town now they are Altify in England. Just ****ming people.

Had funds frozen. Altify uses the fact that a third party they were using has issues as an excuse...which is irrelevant. My arrangements were with them. Not the third party. Clearly no proper due diligence or insurances were in place. Thousands of rands lost. They do not look after their customers and will throw you under the bus. Dont invest with them.

Changed their name from Revix to Altify. As Revix, they invested 24% of our funds with a Korean company. We were not aware of this until said company went bust. More than a year and 24% of our assets are frozen. I bailed out at a loss, however 24% is still locked. Just kiss it goodbye. Do your homework before you invest.

Revix (now Altify) may have changed their name but they're still the same entity that have "reserved (frozen) " 24% of ALL their customers' assets (as the company claim they were shafted by some Korean company they had partnered with, and now have stated there is no guarantee of customers getting their money back. Great! There goes a quarter of people's life savings, possibly never to be returned. How can a company lend out customers funds?
