Unpleasant Experience
In March 2024, I purchased a second-hand washing machine on Facebook from this man (Morney Vernon Bam) which was faulty on delivery. He was notified of the fault and the machine was collected the next day with a promise to refund my money. It's been over 11 months and this man has refused to return my money even after many follow-ups. He has now blocked me on Facebook and WhatsApp for requesting a refund of my money. He collected the machine and refused to return my money without any reason. Be careful of this man by the Facebook name Morney Vernon. The company name- Altmor Appliance
