Altrack app has only one best feature which is vehicle engine mobilizer,the app is far from matching other reputable companies. Control room operators do their best to assist but not sure if management has a will to take their clients seriously. Yesterday my driver's wife phoned looking for her husband,we both couldn't reach him, I then tried to locate him but I had to service on my app. I phoned the office, only to be told my services was cancelled as per my request. I have been requesting a technician for quite some time because after their unit installation, I've been experiencing battery drainage and problems with an alternator.my car park with disconnected battery terminals every night.. So on Wednesday 25/09/24 I requested altrack to come remove their unit device because they're failing to send a technician for maintenance. Instead of taking my plea seriously they decided to disconnect my services without me being informed with their decision. My Toyota Quantum is currently operating without a tracking device because of their unprofessional behaviour

I regret Signing up my new vehicle with Tracker. Bought in Jan 2024 signed up with tracker. Canceled the vehicle I sold. It took Tracker 4 weeks to call me to get the cancelation done. That meant an extra month of subscription to be paid Plus the Notice period. Now to get a hold of tracker by call their office tollfree number, is like you trying to call someone located on the moon. So i tried to cancel my debit order, so then maybe someone from tracker can finally call me back. that did not work. But they then sent me a invoice for R52 because of the debit order reversal. But anyways they have still charged me again for the vehicle i have cancelled after the notice period of March is over. I still have two vehicles on tracker, so i thought ok if you want to charge me for that. Then i want to cancel 1 more vehicle because i can. Sent an email 3 weeks ago still no one has called. what a pathetic company to do business with. But their sales team can call you everyday to do upgrades. Those sales people don't even know their left hand from their right hand. I think this will get the phone call coming through. Wishing full thinking from my part. Like a ponzie operator

My car was stollen november 2022 after making collection at toyota fourways,they couldnot find the vehicle...then they told me i owe them,of witch i sent them all the prove that i dont owe them anything.....a year later today on the 26/01/2024 the decide to debit my account without my concern

Good afternoon Busisiwe Mkhabane if i am not wrong from Altrek tracking solutions a consultant,if I were to rate her out of 10 it would b 1,She is a rude person and doesn't wanna listen to customers,she still need customer service training coz what i just experienced was awful and a bad experience.When i asked her to transfer my call to her supervisors she hang up on me.Mind u i am a customers with five cars at Altrek,I am also thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
