Not interested in you, just your data - they ask you more than they should in the interviewing and hiring stages. Such as for you to send your pay slip of your current job. Andile Lewis - their Talent Acquisition Partner requested that from me. I told I will only send it if they want to move with me as a candidate. Got ghosted afterwards. Be careful out there.

Another promise not kept
I was contacted by Mdalisu and I understand that they are your subsidiary. They promised to remove me from Debt Review and they will not charge me high fees. They got me to sign debicheck mandates for R2500 and R220 a month this is too much ... I also did not sign any of their documents ... they are giving you a bad name because they are allowed to manipulate the system. This is a warning ... do not trust these people.

They got me to sign debicheck mandates for R2500 and R220 a month this is too much ... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer services are non exisiting. Fault reporting does not get attended to in any form of urgency wrt photocopy machines. Phones get put down in your ear, even after 4 tries.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer services are non exisiting. Fault reporting does not get attended to in any form of urgency wrt photocopy machines. Phones get put down in your ear, even after 4 tries.

THE CLEVER MACK PETA FROM ALTRON LEGAL COVER
My 75 years old mom came across a guy by the name of Mack Peta at a shopping complex that was promoting Alton Legal Cover and while he was explaining the cover to my mom, he said to her that for the Head Office to see that he was working for the day, my mom must give him her details including her bank card so that he can swipe it on the machine that he had, my mom didn't know that the guy was processing payment only realizing after I sent her the money for groceries on the 26th of which R560.00 was deducted from her account, (R280.00 x2). The slip that my mom sent to me had the guy's cell numbers and when I called him, he said he made a mistake and I asked him to explain to me what kind of a mistake is that with someone else's money, he then dropped the phone on my ear and never answered my call again. This morning, I called Altron and they said to me that they unfortunately they won't be able to pay my mom her money back. This is the cruel world that we unfortunately live in, people have no morals.

Altron Nupay
Altron Nupay I have been trying to cancel 2 debit check debit ordes that went off my account but no one at Nupay bother to help me I have tried contacting Nupay as they are the collection agent for EC Loans Mr Marius Van Rensburg who is their client as they were the ones that gave me Marius at EC Loans number. I didnt apply for a loan I don't owe any company any money or even a loan I haven't taken. Marius van Rensburg doesn't answer any calls. I tried to explain this to the lady in the debit orders department at Nupay and they are so uninterested in even trying to assist. This is clearly a s c a m from ECLoans. But yet when I spoke to the lady at debit ordes Nupay she obviously know this has happened and still happening, but she chose to defend their clients and try brush me off. They even said there is either they can do about this, they can't cancel the 2 debichecks nor reverse the payment. KNOWING that onebody cant get hold of their client. They are unwilling to assist. How is it possible two debit orders of the same amount only days apart, really how is that possible, what a coincidence! And With all the bad reviews on both companies surly they would stop these debt ordes from going off. EC Loans don't even both to reply or respond because Nu Pay Altron are getting their collection fee and protecting their client EC Loans and the mandate they have with them. 1000s and 1000s of complaints on both companies. Yet they still doing this and still unable to assist in stopping the S C A M I N G!

Accessing my profile without any business
They have done credit checks on my profile. I stop working for them long ago and now they want to put my credit score down. This company is bad. Why are they access my profile

Double Debit Order!
We took out a new contract with Altron Document Solution. Our debit order went off double!!! We are exstremely frustrated and angry as now all off a sudden no one can tell us when we will be getting our money back!! The agent is always so quick to get the deal but at the end of the day the client is pulling on the shortest end!!! Now we must make calls and get in touch with them to ask when will we be getting our money!!! 🤬. Nobody can give us an answer!!! It is our money!! We want our money back ASAP!!!

Double Debit Order!
