Service sucks - bad workmanship

Worst people to do business with. Pitch late, people don't have the correct tools to do the job - have to wait for people to bring them the right tools, dump their toolbox and glass on my lawn, you phone & they simply don't answer, wrong size window after measuring it twice, bent frame because apparently if something doesn't fit they bang it with a hammer. From the start, this has been a disaster - given this business a 2nd chance but that was the worst decision of my life. This whole experience has been so bad that I never want to put any windows in ever again - and i still have half my house to do!!!! This is the window for the nursery and its been completely ruined for us. Slapgat, there is no other way to describe it. NEVER AGAIN.
