Worst experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointing Experience with Aluminium windows & doors wholesalers - Poor Workmanship and Communication

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Aluminium windows & doors wholesalers. The installation of windows and doors was done incorrectly, resulting in significant damage to my property. The owner & team's lack of attention to detail and professionalism was evident in the subpar workmanship.

Specifically, the issues included:

- Incorrect measurements, leading to poorly fitted windows and doors - Damage to walls, tiles, and plaster due to excessive use of grinders and poor handling - Unsightly stains, marks, and grinder marks left on surfaces - Incorrect glass thickness (4mm instead of 6.38mm as specified) - Poor sealing and finishing

The communication was also poor, with unreturned messages and late arrivals without notice. The company's failure to deliver on their promises and specifications has left me with safety concerns and additional work to rectify the issues.

I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with them and to thoroughly inspect their work before making payments. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, and I regret choosing this company for my home improvement project.
