*****S MONEY FROM PENSIONER!
This company has ****** R39,100.00 and refuses to repay it. Whilst happy with the product that was installed, the company have now proved divisive & dishonest. My 79yr old mother, paid double for the installation by mistake. As soon as we became aware of this, we alerted Nelis of the JHB branch who promised to repay us the amount. He has promised on more than 5 occasions that he will pay back the money, and has missed every promised payment date. My mother is retired, with no income & cannot afford the loss. I’ve even reached out to owner and founder Johan, who asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” I wish I’d read reviews here before engaging them to do business. The 5 star ratings are all written on the same date, with suspicious names, all beginning with a “B” Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use!
Terrible service from the sales rep and owner. They messed up measurements, blamed everyone else, installed a completely ineffective window (while destroying my previous ones). The sales rep Derrick was impossible to communicate with and the owner, Nicolene, was rude, defensive and unhelpful after trying for more than 7 months to get help resolving the issue.

Do not use!

Shocking Service !
Absolutely shocking service ! The burst a pipe in the wall while drilling , which is still leaking but they are taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for it ! It took 2 months of constant nagging to get to complete the job , as they were not prepared on the first day of installation . Stay Clear of them!

Awesome service! I can't believe how much this make a difference to the appearance of my house and to the property value! Thanks a lot. I will most definitively recommend Alumint (Charlize, Arno, Gavin and the team!!)

Disgrace
The service received from Alumint was a disgrace. Forth time not pitching for a set appointment. Luckily I never paid them a cent. For those who think of using Alumint do thorough research on their reviews and see for yourself. Safed by not paying anything first.

INCOMPETENT FITTERS
Lientjie of sales is the only person passionate about her job. The fitters was very disappointed. Arriving late, disappear during the day and leave early. They did take two days to fit two windows which was supposed to be completed within a few hours. The place was left messy when they left. Sorry but I will not make use of them again.

Worst liar and service provider. Does not deliver
Unprofessional and Liar. Doesn't answer calls when it is time to perform the duties he is paid for. Once he gets deposit he ignores call for months.
