Terrible expience, I bought a Gas heater in April, started using it on May for 2 days them after, it was not working, I called them, sending emails then finally they did take it back to check the problem, yesterday it was delivered back to me, today when
Terrible expience, I bought a Gas heater in April, started using it on May for 2 days them after, it was not working, I called them, sending emails then finally they did take it back to check the problem, yesterday it was delivered back to me, today when I'm checking if it's fine, 1 wheel is missing and it still doesn't work it's the same problem that I sent it back from the start and adding wheel to that problem that they broke. I need help I no longer want this heater I want my money, I will BUY Cadac heater I'm no longer interested in Alva

2 plate burner stove slippery
Bought the 2 plate burner gas stove and i love it. My only problem is the pot holders are too slipery. Either than that i love how you can easily remove them from the stove and wash them

Alva geysers defective
These geysers did not work from day 1 and the geysers do not work in the Eastern Cape and probably majority of the other provinces due to municipal water pressure being erratic. The management of Alva / Stingray sent a technician out but in the end I had to purchase new Kexin geysers. The management of Alva / Stingray were not willing to reimburse any of the amount that i paid in purchasing 3 of their geysers. Very expensive mistake. Do not purchase Alva geysers. Rather spend your money on a decent brand like Kexin.

Our Alva gas heater takes ages to ignite. I bought it a month ago took it back to game for repairs. game gave me a reference number and contact to call them, today when I call they don't have my records its more than a week I am so angry and disappointed Their service is terrible .

I bought a Alva gas heater a week ago and it only worked for 3 days I bought this heater at take a lot, my invoice number is 155693692, I need Alva to come and collect this heater and refund me as I don’t want it anymore had to safer in this cold weather

After buying an Alva 16l water heater and setting it up, i sent it back to takealot. The Alva staff lie and say the device can work with a mixer, but on the website it says it doesn't work with a mixer, so then the water is too hot. They packed it incorrectly and sent it back to me,and said i should send it back, then refused to take it back. It seems like the solenoid doesn't kick in all the time to let the gas flow, which it didn't do before sending it in. Alva now says it doesnt have a warranty and they wont let me bring it to check it out. The device has water in and out, gas in and a battery.... Very little you as a user can mess with. A COC is to protect your property not protect a company from selling cheap junk. Probably better to order it directly from China and save money. Maybe its time to support Amazon instead.
