I bought a voucher on hyperli for Alveston manor boutique hotel and spa valid for 3months from the date purchased which is 18/12/2021 to 18/03/2022. When I called in to make a booking I was told that it's already expired and I must request for a refund. Hyperli has a cancelation policy that I understand however, when I tried to understand how's them as a partner run a promotion for a certain period and decide to cut it off before the stated period time? I couldn't get an answer except that I must ask for a refund. The Alveston Manor representative just got emotional and didn't even want to listen to me and just rudely hanged up the phone. Who dies that ?
This happened after I waited for them to return my call since 12:16 and now it's 16:30.
I am so disappointed that some businesses had to close because of the impact by Covid 19 yet there are those that are still fortunate to be still open yet are so rude and offer poor services to their clients.
