Terrible service from A + M Wendy houses

I contacted them for a Wendy House in October 2020. They sent a quote; I paid 50% of the deposit and we agreed on an installation date of 5 November. Since then I have received various excuses why the installation can't take place; heavy rain (more than once); strikes and finally that it was the end of the year. My contact person, Alec Laubscher undertook to pay the deposit back and to look at a new date at the beginning of January. I have not received the payment and he has also not been in contact with me regarding a new date. I have sent him two e-mails since his last communication. The landline and cell phone numbers provided on the quote do not work and e-mail is the only way of contact. At this point I just want my money back as I can't think they will deliver a good product.
