no receipt of refund

AMANDA promised to refund the amount of R2500.00 paid to her for consultancy work not done by her. She was supposed to consult with City of Tshwane on errors on our municipal account. She fail to consult with them and we were forced to pay the account. TO DATE SHE HAS NOT REFUNDED US WITH THE CONSULTANCY FEES CHARGED FOR HER DUTIES DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE UNDERTOOK TO REFUND US IN WRITING.<br>
