Over the past few months, we have undertaken a comprehensive review of our Back-to-School seasons from the past two years, alongside an in-depth analysis of all customer feedback received. This forms a key part of our broader strategy to significantly enhance our service delivery, address previous shortcomings, and ensure an even more efficient, reliable, and customer-centric experience moving forward. As part of these continuous improvements, we are pleased to introduce; 1. A dedicated WhatsApp Business line for customer support and general enquiries. 2. WhatsApp Business line will offer extended hours during the Back-to-School season (October – February) 3. Launching a dedicated support email focused on resolving customer queries, providing order updates and general support. support@amandajohnson.co.za 4. An upgraded direct cellphone line will be available to call from 9:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. 5. Hiring a dedicated customer service team member to handle queries during peak periods. 6. Launching an improved order tracking system. We are confident that these enhancements will provide the accessibility and responsiveness our customers deserve, and we remain fully committed to continuously developing our offerings through clear communication and dependable service. Worst service ever. No communication at all, phone lines not answered, emails not being responded to, My son has started school without receiving books, im not sure what's the delay, placed an order on the 11 January 2025 to date nothing has been communicated. On the 17 January 2025 i was told im number 11 , its Monday the 20th books not delivered, no communication. Phones not functional emails not been responded to. i will communicate to the school to stop using them as a supplier.

Unbelivable how bad the service is, you can't get hold of them on both telephone and email . Why the schools keep suggesting them I will never understand . You are lucky if you get what you ordered .There are really worth no star at all

I get anxiety every year knowing I have to order from this supplier. Shocking service and that's if you can get through to them. Not sure why the schools keep using them. So awful!

On the 31st of January I wrote a review of how disappointed I was with the service of this company. After my review I did received the order but 1 book was on the back order. It is now March and I still have not received the book or any communication. I have sent 3 emails - the first one was sent on the 22nd of February and the last one this morning and still have not received any response from this company. Honestly the service has gone from bad to worse.

On the 31st of January I wrote a review of how disappointed I was with the service of this company. After my review I did received the order but 1 book was on the back order. It is now March and I still have not received the book or any communication. I paced an order for for 4 textbooks on the 5th of January 2024. The last update on the website was on the 7th and since there has been silence. So last week Thursday 25 January I sent a query on the company's website. After waiting almost all day for a response I then called and there was no answer. I then tried calling again on Friday the 26th of January and this time there was an answer. I asked what was the delay and I was told one of the books is still being printed so then I asked if we cannot separate the orders as my child is now being impacted at school. I was willing to pay the really really high shipping cost just so at least I only have one book delayed the lady that I spoke to agreed and asked to send her an email with what we discussed. Since then it's been silence. I sent a follow up email yesterday and still nothing. The is truly the worst service I have ever received. Highly disappointed in this company.

After placing an order 6 days ago for a single textbook and paying a hefty shipping fee, there was no response to my enquiry email and a very rude, unhelpful reply on the phone. They could not confirm whether the textbook was in stock, nor when the delivery would actually take place. I have no faith that I will actually receive this book.

After placing an order 6 days ago for a single textbook and paying a hefty shipping fee, there was no response to my enquiry email and a very rude, unhelpful reply on the phone. They could not confirm whether the textbook was in stock, nor when the delivery would actually take place. I have no faith that I will actually receive this book.
