<p>Amatikulu Tours and Hilltop do not care about customer satisfaction or their patrons safety. They do not provide feedback regarding your concerns unless you keep pushing for an answer. To date it’s been over 3 weeks and we still do not know why our guide was not stationed at our site like he was supposed to be.</p> <p>Amatikulu Tours ignored our mails only to respond after a week that it’s not their problem</p> <p>Hilltop are still to provide feedback</p>

31 December feedback received from Matt (Hilltop) that disciplinary action has been taken (in progress) and complimentary stay offered
29 Jan, was advised that date of complimentary weekend cannot be confirmed due to renovations that need to take place. Date will be advised, if I haven't received feedback by end March I should make contact again
