Unscrupuluos employer

I worked for Amon Technologies for 2 years and I was retrenched when I apply for my UIF I was told that he did not submit the UI 19 form and salary schedule and it has been 1 year 4 months since I have been going to the department of labour for him to comply but he has not complied now I am unable to register for UIF and did not get the money that was due to me with me being the breadwinner I am so stressed and cannot even claim for the COVID 19 relief fund and I have a feeling that now since there is the relief fund he will be benefiting when we are not benefiting employers like this needs to be exposed so that they must not exploit the workers he had a tender with TELKOM
