Smaller jobs don't matter to them
If I could give zero stars then I would! I bought and paid for two new gel batteries and a callout fee for them to install these in a small inverter system. I was told for two weeks that they were coming out the next day. Every single day I had to follow up with Riaan or there was radio silence. Everyday I got another excuse. Now I have given up and I don't expect my money to come back either. Ampnet is more than happy to take your money and run with it. It seems like if you aren't a big sale for them then they genuinely don't care about you (I think that once they show up then the work is fine according to the positive comments on here). Do not deal with these people! They are dishonest and will lie at every opportunity.

I'm a electrical contractor I did work for Riaan Jansen van vuuren, he also owns Ampnet Air, Ampnet solar, Amplified Solar, RST Tools, RZ metering biggest ****mer. First 3 jobs he paid me after that he had al the excuses in the book. He send me a letter of Intent of how and when he will pay, he did not held the agreement. I have everything on this guy, ID full names adress. Do not use this guy he will take your money and your time with the most beautiful promises and never deliver. He almost sink my name and business with all his lies where he made me out to be a ***** tell clients I have a the stock with me and he cannot get hold of me. Be aware he is the master of ****mers.

Amplified solar, ampnet, ampnet air, RST tools are ****mers
Riaan Jansen van Vuuren is the owner of this **** business. He also runs RST TOOLS, and used to own AMPNET AIR and now he own Amplified Solar. I was supposed to do installations on solar and aircons for this guy, but he gave me and the client a runaround for nearly a month now. The mistake I made was to lend him R5000 to "buy tools" for a "training center" Since he already got the "payment from the training center for the tools" he also kept on telling me stories about the refund of the money I lent him. My company supply and install solar systems as well as high quality LED lighting. I will be opening a case of ***** against this ****mer. I ALSO have his new address as I was at his premises yesterday. If you want his address, you can contact me on steyn@maxersystems.co.za. I will gladly supply it so all of you can open a case against this excuse of a human being

DISHONEST SOLAR INSTALLATION COMPANY
I do not recommend that you do business with this company. The director is dishonest and has no integrity. My client paid R80 000 as a deposit for installing a solar system. After 2 months, he has not yet installed the system and has been giving her the runaround. He undertook to refund the deposit and has still not made the payment. He provided a *****ulent PoP.
