Amrod is a company that doesn't take their customers seriously. I have registered with them in July and supposed to receive the welcome pack. When I queried about when I was going to receive it, this was in August, I was told it's gift from them and what I paid for was admin fee. Absolute non sense, it clearly states, the welcome pack for that amount and nothing about admin fee, ridiculous that admin fee for an online store is R1000. Then in September, I received an email that my pack is ready, and waiting to be fetched in the JHB branch, I requested delivery in my registration and I live in DBN. I emailed them , got a response a day later to change, Still no pack received to date. I emailed them again, promised that it will be sent but not sure, as it's with their couriers. Fine I waited, still no apologies, but rude responses. On the 21 October, I emailed again, this time I was told, the courier company would call me and delivery will be done the next day. Well it's the 24 October and still nothing, I emailed them again yesterday, and today, no response from them. Amrod is poor service and have false advertising. Im registered with other suppliers and never paid any fees, but receive excellent service unlike Amrod. They don't keep to their word and don't deliver

Today i have been to Amrod a fantasic company all the consultants are so nice and alway smiling,except for one who is always loud, never give you a chance to speak and very unhelpful. Today she told me straight she dont have time to assist me. for such a big well known company to have someone like this lady to bring your name down.its like she goes out of her way to make you feel small in front of other customer close by. She is not a nice person. Oh her name is Aaliya, dont know if i spelled it right.

Our company placed a corporate branding order through an Amrod associated company. The associated company did not deliver according to schedule and also did not provide us with feedback. I contacted Amrod who advised me that they are unable to assist with any information on the order, and the receptionist was also unwilling to redirect my call to a superior or sales representative. I would strongly discourage anyone to use Amrod or branding companies associated with Amrod.

Our company placed a corporate branding order through an Amrod associated company. The associated company did not deliver according to schedule and also did not provide us with feedback. I contacted Amrod who advised me that they are unable to assist with any information on the order, and the receptionist was also unwilling to redirect my call to a superior or sales representative. I would strongly discourage anyone to use Amrod or branding companies associated with Amrod.

Service is absolutely shocking. I'm on the Jade tier and we are told to communicate via email since this does not allow a dedicated account manager. I get that. However we are still a client. I placed an order for t-shirts and the client changed the branding requirements after I had already received the first layout to approve. I immediately sent an email to Amrod informing them of this and requesting to know what procedure to follow in order to make the change. I got no response. Today I drove almost 40km to their office in Woodmead to resolve this as it is imperative for my client to receive them before the weekend. At reception the best they could do was put me through to a Jade agent on the fone who short of arrogantly told me that they can only assist via email and I must send it from reception. I tried asking if there's someone that could help me in person so that I make sure this is done and I was told NO. Send an email. The agent told me the turn around time to respond to the email is 2HOURS! I sent it at 09H00 and sent a follow up email again at 11H07 and STILL no response. Mind you - my order is not a small order either. It exceeds 40K in total but I'm still treated like a nobody simply because I haven't made it to Account Manager attention yet! Sadly as a small business it appears the only way to grow is to go through such treatment from complacent businesses. I refuse to be discouraged but will make it a point that everybody else is aware of what to expect when dealing with Amrod.

My experience with Amrod has been nothing short of a disaster. I engaged with their staff hoping to receive assistance with a straightforward request, but instead, I encountered a level of incompetence that is truly shocking. Firstly, their staff appeared utterly clueless and incapable of performing their duties competently. It seemed as though basic job functions were beyond their grasp, which is completely unacceptable for any professional organization, let alone one of their purported caliber. Furthermore, the attitude displayed by their employees was nothing short of appalling. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they also resorted to unprofessional behavior such as swearing, which is completely unbecoming in any customer service interaction. In summary, my interaction with Amrod has been the biggest failure I have ever encountered in South African business history. Their staff not only failed to assist but actively hindered any progress with their lack of skills and disrespectful demeanor. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere, as their inability to perform basic tasks and maintain professional conduct is frankly disgraceful.

m writing to share a concerning experience with Amrod regarding our order (soo4365408) placed on 20th September in Midrand despite full payment, we have not received our suits, and the customer service has order has faced repeated delivery delays, without valid explanations, causing significant inconvenience and affecting our commitments. we urgently need the order fulfilled and better communication from Amrod. we appreciate your assistance addressing this matter swift, we need assistance as soon as possible

I have an account with Amrod, they have upgraded thier system to online that is convenient to us customers I guess, I made an order on the 19th of May 2023 and purchase over 16k worth of to be branded items. They require us to approve branding online and you first upload artwork online but their artwork department messed my artwork before approval and I was ignore from Friday until Monday, they then come and fix thier mess on the 22nd and promised to deliver my order on the 25th of May 2023. They come and say they have issues with my logos and I must wait to get my order on the 26 May 2023. I have already given my delivery date to my client for today the 25 of May 2023. The items are required for graduation of the 26 May 2023, the option to delay my order is not an option and their account managers ignored me and my calls, their managers work from home, their duty manager they don’t bother to help and fix the problem, account manager comes back and say they are busy they attend to many clients. I have already paid for the items. I was **** to in terms of delivery and service excellence. I’m treated like I’m nothing. Their customer services never say anything but seem to take note of my complain. They throwing suggestion at an eleven hour, my client is waiting. Amrod claim to be a leading branding company in Africa but very disappointing in supporting small business reputation but covers their own on the small business expense. Their departments seems not in coordination, the sales,artwork, and production work in silos. Very rude account managers and managers. They have loyalist program that I think is to monitor their big spenders so they can isolate us small business, by knowing who is there to keep and who can keep their cash flow. I’m sick and tired of being used by amrod. I’m still here at their woodmead offices with no solution I’m stuck, waiting for uncer*****ies. I have Sent emails to all the reporting line and still waiting.
