No Service
Stay away from this company ...........if you can call it a company. No communication for a month after taking a project to them. As they say lead by example and not even the Manager will bother to communicate with you..... Shocking service.

supplied poor quality, broken item and poor overall service
Ek wag steeds dat hulle my kontak, poor customer service, poor quality products, but very eager to get paid. Hi Louis, Nee, hierdie is totaal onaanvaarbaar Ek het die ding gesien in ons workshop met die tape om, en wou nog gaan hoor wat hier aan gaan. Ek het aangeneem hulle werk nog hier aan, en sal verder verwerk word. Maar ek sien hulle het hom net so gestuur. Ek gaan nou almal aanspreuk hier oor, maar nee, ek sal hierdie nooit aanvaar nie. Ek kontak jou later vandag weer terug. Groete Bernhard Managing Director Additive Manufacturing Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

Great Service
Recently bought a forceforge adventurer 3, ran it for two weeks but kept bugging them as i could not get abs to print properly, I found the staff very patient and eventually they managed to get the settings i needed to get abs right Last night the firmware stuffed out on the printer, once again i called Jaco because i was having people today coming to play with the new printer, due the techies not working weekends he organised that i take my printer and got a loan printer till they get mine fixed Thanks guys you don't get service like this in SA easily Only thing i can fault them on is stock of filament and built tape, but Im guessing this is a customs issue as they take their sweet ass time to release stuff (know from personal experience) Keep up the service and you'll keep a customer and many more for life

Absolutely terrible service and substandard quality.
If you guys don't want to offer 3D printing services anymore, just say so - but your terrible service is completely unacceptable! I have now been waiting 2 months to receive a 3D printing job that should have taken a week. Never mind that I needed the parts for a May 19th deadline, at which you guys told me it could only be completed the following week - now it's 2 months later and every time I phone, regardless who I speak to, you tell me you'll phone back and let me know, and you never do. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of service from you guys, plus substandard print quality. It seems you don't even know how to use your own machines. I'll be demanding a refund for my print job. I'm not waiting 2 months for a job that won't even be the correct material. Sort your **** out!
