Good Day All
I hope you are well!
Following a lengthy investigation into this issue please see below breakdown of events as reported by our after hours team and security team.
On Saturday the 1st of Feb Wendy's vehicle was clamped for not having a visitor's code.
Around 16:55 the after-hours team were contacted regarding the clamped vehicle. The after-hours manager investigated as to why this was the case. On the access control system, the code provided had been used at the pedestrian entrance and as such the vehicle did not reflect on the system. The after-hours manager authorised the unclamping of the vehicle with no penalty shortly afterwards. Our after hours team acted quickly to remedy the situation once contact had been made and did not delay to authorise the unclamping.
Following the investigation the matter was submitted to the chairperson of the estate for their consideration and review. After a lengthy discussion the resolution on this matter is as follows: The vehicle was unclamped at no cost to the resident and at no extensive delay following contact with the after-hours estate manager and as such the incident does not warrant compensation. As previously stated, we do apologise for the misunderstanding and do apologise for the delay in providing the above resolution.
Kind Regards, Colbyn
