Poor client service

Good day,

I would like to advise on the poor client service I received from Tshiamo Morifi.Agent did not comply with my request for paid up letter. I had a payment plan in place, all payments that were due have been paid.I called in and requested to speak to her and the communication from her was that she can't speak to me.

Please advise if you condone such behavior from your staff.

If this is how your clients are treated and you call that client services then the company is pathetic.
