Terrorising a pensioner

These people are terrorising my 76 yo mother for outstanding amounts on an ABSA credit card. Not only has my mother never owed anything to anyone, she has never set foot in an ABSA branch. How are these people allowed to operate and conduct their reign of terror with impunity, especially to an elderly person? Do they hope the person will be scared enough and just hand over the money without question? Disgusting people and need closing down!
