My family and I booked a package trip to Mauritius mid December. I dealt mostly with Phinda and the director Tracy. Both were fantastic- they answered all our questions timeously, dealt with all our concerns and were both efficient, always helpful and patient and vey knowledgable about the products they were selling. I would not hesitate recommending them for your next holiday booking.

I made a booking via the company and only then did I check up on reviews and based on all that I read I was very nervous about proceeding. I was however pleasantly surprised and the service which I received from Phinda was fantastic - always responsive and helpful

Booked a Blue Train trip through them. Efficient to the point of payment. After the trip there were some major issues, as well as some highlights. I sent feedback and was promised a response once they had investigated. Then nothing..four weeks on and still no feedback. I chased them up repeatedly..slow almost non existent responsiveness..they do not care once they have your money. If they want repeat customers or customers to act as ambassadors for them then they need a radical change. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, their attitude is terrible. Cannot recommend them at all and I will be approaching the Blue Train Management directly.

I booked a blue train excursion for my wife’s 47th birthday which was the 30th November. Days before the trip was to take place, the train derailed. The following Monday I received a mail from andgo.com which indicated that we have nothing to worry about as there are two blue trains. A few days later, I received a mail from Andgo.travel indicating that the trip will be cancelled and that we have an option to travel on different dates or get a refund less R3450 / person. This did not suit us as this was a special occasion. This to me is outrageous and they indicated this is what the supplies are going to charge. I asked them for precise invoices from their suppliers / operators charges. To date they have changed their story on many occasions and now want to offer a voucher to the value of R6900. This to me is unacceptable as I did not cancel the trip and at no stage did I receive any T&C’s but now they expect me to use my travel insurance. I never had travel insurance as I would have only procured it just before traveling. THE OPERATORS / OWNERS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND CHANGE THEIR T&C’s AS AND WHEN THEY FEEL IT IS NEEDED. AS OF TODAY, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED AND REFUND OF MONIES PAID AND THEY HAVE ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES. STAY CLEAR OF andgo.com!

We booked a trip to Zanzibar in 2019 paid in February 2020 for travel May 2020, Covid hit they offered a voucher for when the travel ban lifted,(fully understood this) We heard nothing from them right trough the pandemic and we had to start every line of communication, right up to re booking. We re booked for May 2021 now the package was including a flight from Mango that is now going belly up. We get nothing from them and only when i emailed the hotel and copied them in did they start communicating. now they want to "wait and see" what happens to mango and refuse to refund.

I booked a package to Zanzibar through www.flaymangotravel.com, managed by this agency. The package was advertised as all inclusive. When I arrived at the resort I was told that I was booked on "half board", an option I was not even aware existed for this resort. Upon contacting andgo.com to query this I was dismissed and simply told that "it was my responsibility to check that my booking confirmations were correct" and that I should have noticed that they did not give me what I signed up and paid for. This company operates dishonestly - be aware before you book through this agency.

I recently booked a trip to the Victoria Falls with AndGo.com. The experience was most pleasant, and I would like to thank Megan for her hard work and effort to ensure that we had the perfect holiday. Not only did Megan show her s**** and professionalism for the holiday, she went above and beyond the call of duty after the holiday ended. Back home, we were kindly informed that one in our group forgot a camera at the hotel in Zimbabwe. Megan’s continued commitment to helping us, and the generous assistance from Trish Mambinge of Shearwater Victoria Falls, ensured that we got our camera back. It is wonderful that dedicated staff work with passion for the tourism industry.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Megan from AndGo.com and Trish Mambinge from Shearwater Victoria Falls, for everything they have done to make our holiday so memorable, even post the event.
