Animal Gear (All Net Holdings t/a)
Even one star is too many... Unfulfilled (pricey) order since February 2024. Unable to get hold of customer support. No replies to e-mails. Non-existent contact tel numbers. Stay clear of their e-commerce websites (there seem to be more than just Animal Gear).

Animal Gear (ALL Net Holdings) ****MERS
I ordered some camping tables from them. I have not recieved anything since my payment. There is no number to call them and they have not rep**** to any of my emails. I have sent them 4 separate emails. Terrible company, Definitely a ****. Do not go near them.

Animal Gear ****mers. No response. No delivery
Good prices on their website. They confirmed taking my money AND NOTHING…..!!!!!! Cannot call them, cannot mail them, CANNOT REACH THEM!!! Silence. ****mers!!! MONEY GONE

Animal Gear Outdoor Online Shop has no customer support service
I purchased a pet item online from this company. Big mistake not to stick to well established online companies. I am not happy with the item, it just does not work despite all my efforts to set it up properly. The supplier has not rep**** to my emails in a month, simply ignoring me. Moreover, I cannot log into their website to review the item purchase and their facebook page does not allow reviews either. Stay away from them.

Stay away from Animal Gear, unless you wish to loose your money!
Placed an order and paid for the item on 10 May 2024. Received an email stating they received my order. To date no delivery has been made and no further communication received. Sent an email to enquire about the status of my order, no reply received. Stay away from Animal Gear, unless you wish to loose your money!

No intend on supplying goods that is paid for.
Business went through order process. Paid the required monies, and the order just stays on processing. 4 Weeks now and no movement. Only way to reach them is through e-mail, to which they do not respond. There is no listed phone numbers to contact. After searching through **** alert I found some numbers with full mailboxes that do not get answered. Stay well clear of this

This is the most ridiculous online shop ever, they advertised products that they don’t have in stock, paid for it and now they refuse to refund me, terrible service.
