I highly recommend Animal Travel Services to anyone looking to relocate their fur family. We relocated our very anxious rescue dog from Cape Town to the UK. I dealt with Andria van der Merwe, and she went above and beyond to assist us with Vida's relocation. She assisted us with getting a crate early so that we could do crate training, she kept us up to date every step of the way and even made the effort to call me to run through any of my concerns. Andria sent me an email with Vida's travel details and a link to track her flight. On the day of arrival and the following day, she sent me messages to check on our reunion and how Vida was settling in. My partner and I were very anxious about the relocation because Vida was such a nervous dog, but I have to say Andria had everything in hand and even sent me a photograph of herself and Vida when she arrived at the Cape Town office before her flight. Andria, you were amazing and an absolute godsend.
