I have logged a support ticket with "Anova Support" and I have not had any response in over 2 weeks.

I was looking for help with a piece of software they developed... I receive their automated response that they have received my ticket, but then now correspondence from any personal...
My Support Ticket reads; "...I am the IT technician for a company using a piece of your software and one of my users is now having an issue I can not seem to resolve.
The software launches as "Package Determination" and runs fine except on this one users computer. When I select "Preview in Excel", I get an error "Interface not Supported".
I can not seem to get any information on this off Google..."
