I currently own 4 Antelo bags. Which I have had for about 2 years. The designs are lovely but almost all of them have started to come off as it looks like the leather is added on top of another material. I will unfortunately not be supporting the brand again.

I bought my leather handbags from Joburg, Antelo delivered great quality leather bags within 3 days. These were delivered from Cape Town by the way! Superior service ever! I want to tell the world to buy from Antelo! Thank you Antelo, you deserve 100 Stars!!!!

I placed an order for 3 handbags last week. I live in the UK and was very excited about receiving them. I was happy to pay almost as much in shipping as I did for the bags as I really wanted the bags. I have just now received an email from DHL asking for another almost £45.00 for customs and taxes to be paid. I called DHL to be told that I should have been made aware of this by the sending company, but NO MENTION was made!!!!!!! If you're going to send overseas you need to be aware of policies and inform your clients. I definitely WOULD NOT have ordered the bags had I known this. I see on the refund policy you state they must be returned by courier, so I would have to pay again to get my money back. I am furious and disgusted and feel I have been royally duped by your company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. As an aside, don't bother using their phone number, they NEVER answer it, I tried calling at various times this week.
