disappointed

I signed a contract with Mr Marinus Meyer of Anza flooring. He has not completed the job and refuses to answer my calls or whatsapp messages. I also paid in full for the job and an extra R3200 for the extra carpeting to be cut and bound into mats. He has my money and I have no mats
