Excellent service by Anza Flooring West Coat
I would like to commend Anza Flooring, based in Langebaan on the West Coast, for the excellent service we received from the company. We dealt with Jolene from the initial call right through to the completion of the project. Every commitment made was executed quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was excellent and we were impressed by the level of supervision throughout. We are most happy with our new vinyl flooring which has made such a difference to the overall appearance of the interior of our home. John Thompson St Helena Bay

Excellent service by Anza Flooring West Coat
I would like to commend Anza Flooring, based in Langebaan on the West Coast, for the excellent service we received from the company. We dealt with Jolene from the initial call right through to the completion of the project. Every commitment made was executed quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was excellent and we were impressed by the level of supervision throughout. Work well done
Our thanks and appreciation to Anza Flooring West Coast (Langebaan) for completing our flooting in St Helena Bay. Jolene Venter and her team did a superb job. The team members were alway in good and friendly spirit and each member knew his job. Our thanks also for walking the extra mile and putting skirting boards in a room that was not planned for. Please convey our appreciation to each member of the team and thank them also for the friendly and happy attitude that was maintained throughout the day. Kind regards Jimmy & Dawn Wiggins

BAD SERVICE
Bad bad bad service! Please, anyone planning to have their floors done with vinyl.... stay away from this company. First, come and have a look at my floors done by Anza flooring West Coast. I had my floors done, with vinyl flooring about a year ago. A couple of months later, vinyl came loose, and some of the corners curled up. What a battle to get hold of the owner Deon, and when you do get hold of him, he will tell you he'll come around as soon as he's got time. Long story short, when he eventually came around, he blamed it on the manufacturer and will have to fill in forms and take pictures. January 2023 came, and nothing...... again, phone calls, messages, and voice messages. March, they came to replace some of the vinyl. This time, he did not order enough. We had to wait longer, eventually two weeks later they finished. Seven months later..... same story. Corners came loose, vinyl strips came loose, and at one spot, there was a 3mm opening between two vinyl strips. I sent him pictures and asked him to please come and have a look. He sent a message asking for my address, and that was it. After that, he totally ignored me. I can see that he read my messages, but he does not reply. This is this worst experience I ever had with a company, and I am definitely not the only one. I have sent him a registered letter and are definitely going to take legal action. I am living in Langebaan, and anyone is welcome to come and have a look at my floors. Don't support this guy....... you will be disappointed.

Shocking service from the owner
We ordered some more vinyl flooring as we did a renovation and needed the same product to flow through to our extension. We paid for it well in advance due to the fact that the product was going to be discontinued. 3 months later when we wanted to have the product installed, the installer arrived at my house with a different product. I was then told that my product/order had been sold to someone else and there is nothing that they can do about and that I should take this new product. The colourway was lighter and the planks were wider than what I already had. I contacted the owner of the company who basically told me that there is nothing that he can do, without much apology or business etiquette. I told him that I expected him to sort it out - to which he laughed at. I also told him that I was expecting a call from him to resolve this problem. To date I have not heard from the owner Deon. Shocking service from an owner of a company.
