SOLAR PANELS DELVERY FAILURE

I have recently put an order for solar panel with Apache Opitics fully paid and never received the order. To crown it all when trying to contact them through e - mail never answered my e-mail and when trying to contact them telephonically at first they answer my phone and said the will get back to me which never did and upon doing follow up they just hang up on me. Today when I try to phone them both the land line and cell phone are in voice mail and the have also pulled down their website which shows that they are fraudster so people out there should be aware of this fraudster who have infiltrated the solar market
