APC Overnight and Joma Sport Za.Shop
I bought sandals from a shop that claimed to sell Ipanema sandals. I paid in full. Next I get an email saying that APC Overnight will deliver this parcel to me. Parcel has not arrived. When I go to track my order it says no such tracking number and when I call the number it says number does not exist. I initially bought the sandals from a shop called Joma Sport Za.Shop which also does not exist. Can someone please help to recover my money.

poor company culture
If you do not fit in to a specific cultural demographic you will not last in this company. Being English is met with being too soft or not assertive enough???? The very strong Afrikaans culture is toxic and is used to justify firing and retrenching staff if you do not fit in. Like all businesses you need to be a part of the inner circle or clicks to be safe from the AXE. And getting into these clicks and inner circles is near impossible? Sad business culture

Horrible service from Apcan!
I am disgusted with the service!!! I've got several complaints .. 1 - When you send a panic or the alarm goes off, they take 20+ minutes to call and sometimes they don't even call. 2 - The agents are RUDE!! Someone called me for a alarm activation and when I answered, they were laughing and making jokes on the other side, after my third time saying HALLO she asked if everything is in order - didn't tell me who I'm speaking to so when I asked the said she can't hear me and that she'll call back and she never did. 3 - When requesting a call out - the guard doesn't get out of his car to check the premises, they just drive by .. sometimes they don't even come out when requested. 4 - Last night my panic went off due to loadshedding and I was called by an agent (12 minutes after the panic signal was sent) and when I spoke to him I requested a call out vehicle to guard my house as I was all alone at home and I was scared seeing that I've experienced attempted highjack in front of my house and my alarm didn't work due to low battery and obviously my electric fence was not working either so the agent said he dispatched a car .. after 45 minutes I had to call back again since the car never came out. When I called a lady answered after I waited on the line for a long time - also VERY RUDE - when I explained to her that I was feeling unsafe and would like to request a car as I can hear people outside my yard she said that she CAN'T dispatch a vehicle to stay outside my premises as they've got more important call outs due to loadshedding but she will dispatch a vehicle to come see if everything is in order. After 1 hour the power came back on - NOBODY WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE AND THERE WAS 2 GUYS BUSY STEALING CABLES IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!! This is the WORST service ever!!!

I am disgusted with the service!!! There's alot that's is happening in this company people are becoming learner for morthan 2 years and they don't pay hospital letter even when you complain no one who will help you. They undermine employees rights. The favourism is too much especially their management.They don't mind to deduct uniform money when you claim it they won't entertain your pay quiry. The manangent won't approve your leave without paying drink. The treatment is not equal depend on who you are and what you do for them it's painful to a point where by when you report to the owner of the company you becoming a bad person and you will get fired. Apcan doesn't provide a good service to their employees. They don't mind to charge you a site because you didn't give that particular person what he wants. They don't mind to take you to go and cover the site and leave you there till midnight as long as they use you after that they don't care either you will manage to get transport or not. When you get injured on duty they they won't pay you instead they will ask one of the guards to take out the uniform and throw you outside the site yard. Apcan use people for their own benefits and they don't give people the basic salary you will be leaner untill u decide to leave. THEY REGISTER PEOPLE WITH GRADE C AS A LEANER WHILE YOU HAVE THE GRADES AND PSIRA. I hope one day hello Peter will fix them nicely thank you

Giving them a 1 star is actually too much!! This is the kakest service anyone can possibly ask for. Customer service? Oh no hun, there is non!!! Our alarm screamed for 10 min without anyoneeeeee phoning or checking on us. We got a sorry but sorry doesn't cut it if my daughter was killed or mother ****d sorry is unacceptable for a so called security company... What a waste of time and money!!!!
