Do not let these guys repairs your Macbook.
I would have given zero stars if I could. Do not and I repeat do not send your Macbook to these guys. I contacted them to repair my Macbook and I was told they can and will collect via The Courier Guy and once repaired and I paid they will send it back to me. I was very sceptic in the beginning but thought you know lets give them a chance as Titus was very convincing and also his videos on youtube looked legit. They collected it and so the mess began. After two weeks and numerous attempts to contact Titus on Whatsapp I got no reply even though my messages were read. He eventually rep**** stating issues with supplier sending the incorrect replacement screen from overseas and they had to ship another screen that would take another two week. I accepted the apology and waited another two weeks. Contacted him again and no replies for a few days eventually replying that he received the new screen and busy with the repairs. No communication again for a few days after numerous attempts to contact him. Spoke to Titus again and same story busy with repair will let me know when he ships it back. I could not get hold of him for a few days again and eventually I was contacted by Toholoho who works with Titus and he told me Titus was in hospital from soldering smoke. By this time I thought this was all a **** and that my Macbook was ******. I sent the laptop to them on the 21st of August 2023 and demanded my laptop get sent back to me on the 10th of October 2023. I eventually got it back on the 17th of October 2023 unfixed. Powered it up using an external screen and dead. Nothing. Not working at all now and this after it was only the screen that needed replacing and worked on an external monitor before I sent him (Videos as proof where I created a test user for them to use). He left the replacement screen on that he tried to fix and thank goodness I didnt pay these guys because it was not a OEM screen. It was a **** and terribly put together after I was told its an original OEM. After numerous fights about the condition in what the Macbook was sent back to me, they wanted me to send it back to them again to fix what they have broken. Obviously this was not happening. I removed the back lid to see what they did inside and to my horror about 2 thirds of the *****s were missing holding the screen and screen connectors onto the basal and logic board. The support plates that ***** onto the basal is also missing. The wireless card has 4 *****s where it should have 8. Some of the T4 and T5 *****s are stripped. Shocking to say the least. They might be able to fix phones as per the reviews they have but I will never trust them with anything again. My 2021 Macbook Pro (M1 Pro 16GB) was destroyed by them.
