poor service - complaint for Boksburg Appliances

I ordered a fridge from Boksburg Applients tel : 011 219 7243 by the guys name of Leroy, 073 662 7901. He never communicated with me any rules and regulations of the company and how does the delivery work and even that there is a deliver fee of R200 payable. I asked him if he had fridges for R1000.00 and he said yes and it free delivery. So he send me pictures and I send cash for R1000.00 and he said that they will deliver for free over the weekend. On Saturday morning he said that he made a mistake I need to pay R1500.00 now. I said no that was not the arrangement so I paid R200.00 extra. He agreed to deliver the fridge. I waited for their driver and he did not respond to my phone calls at all. When I keep on calling he said that his boss does not want to let the fridge go I owe them money. I have spoken to the manager of the shop, William and swear at me and told me to **** off and told me I am a thief and I owe them money. This morning I tried calling their offices again and William did not wanted to give me the name of the company and told me if I think that they are stupid and I must **** off again. I asked Leroy to give me his bosses email address and he refused. William said that they will give me my money back on the 15th only. They keep on ignoring my phone calls.
