Break appliances and threaten you

If I could give a minus star I would. Contacted this company to repair a leak in our dishwasher. Spoke to a guy who said he would send a technician, no details of the technician. Technician arrived late. Accepted their quote, the technician arrived again to do the repairs, doesn't explain what was wrong nor test the appliance, when we tried to later use it the leak was far worse. Contacted their offices stating I don't want Elvis back here and they must send someone else to repair as I did not trust his work. Man on the phone started screaming at me, telling me I wanted free parts and work, after explaining this was not the case, I simply wanted the now more broken machine resolved.

He then proceeded to tell me if I did not let Elvis come back to the house to repair again or remove the parts, he would send 3 men to my house. When I explained this is threatening and I would not let them access based on this he told me his 3 men will get through the gate and come to the house.

Scary stuff!!! Unbelievable that businesses like this get away with it.

Stay away from this company. I still have a broken dishwasher and am too nervous not to let the technician back based on the threats.
